Whether you would like to host a fundraiser, partner with Pat & Oscar’s for a community event or have us sponsor your organization, please fill out the request form below. A representative from Pat & Oscar’s will be in touch with you within 48 business hours.
How To Request a Fundraising Event
Hosting a fundraiser at Pat & Oscar’s has never tasted so good and 20% of all sales will go straight to your non-profit organization! Simply follow the steps below to be on your way to raising money for your organization. A W-9 form is also located at the bottom of this page if needed.
- Fill out the form with your preferred fundraiser date, time and location and select "Fundraiser Request" from the drop down menu.
- Once your request has been submitted, a manager from your desired restaurant location will contact you within 48 business hours to discuss the fundraiser.
- After a manager has approved your event date, please submit a second form with your fundraiser details, and select “Fundraiser Flyer Request” from the drop down menu.
- A customized flyer will then be sent to you via e-mail.
- Advertise your fundraiser by emailing and passing out flyers to everyone you know to help support your charitable cause!
