How To Request a Fundraising Event
Hosting a fundraiser at Pat & Oscar’s has never tasted so good and 20% of all sales will go straight to your non-profit organization! Simply follow the steps below to be on your way to raising money for your organization. A W-9 form is also located at the bottom of this page if needed.
Fill out the form with your preferred fundraiser date, time and location and select "Fundraiser Request" from the drop down menu.
Once your request has been submitted, a manager from your desired restaurant location will contact you within 48 business hours to discuss the fundraiser.
After a manager has approved your event date, please submit a second form with your fundraiser details, and select “Fundraiser Flyer Request” from the drop down menu.
A customized flyer will then be sent to you via e-mail.
Advertise your fundraiser by emailing and passing out flyers to everyone you know to help support your charitable cause!
